What services do you offer?
We provide investment management aligned with each client’s goals and circumstances. This includes in-house actively-managed equity strategies, individual bond portfolios, and diversified investment programs using ETFs and/or individual securities.
How do you get paid?
We are a fee-only investment adviser. Clients pay an advisory fee based on the assets we manage, billed quarterly in arrears. We do not receive commissions from investment products.
How are you different from other advisors?
We’re investors first. We build and manage portfolios in-house, with a focus on disciplined investment management for clients of all sizes.
Where are my investments held?
Your account will be held at our custodian, Charles Schwab, in an account under your name. Your account remains in your name at all times—we're simply authorized to manage the portfolio on your behalf (and deduct our management fee each quarter).
I already have an advisor or manager. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us for a second opinion or to manage a portion of their account in one of our actively-managed equity strategies. In our intro meeting, we'll review your financial situation and share our honest assessment of how you're invested. Then, you can decide if a change makes sense.
What if my needs change, and how often will we review things?
Your plan can evolve, and we’ll adjust the portfolio as your needs change. We typically meet annually (often, in person) and offer a mid-year portfolio review as well. Our team is available directly by phone, email, or Zoom whenever you need us.
Who will I be working with?
We're a small team based in Harrisburg, PA. You'll know who's managing your money and have direct access to all of us by phone, email, or Zoom. We manage the investments in-house — no outsourcing, no hand-offs, no relationship managers.
What should I bring to my first meeting?
A recent account statement and a short list of what you'd like help with — your goals, concerns, and any questions on your mind.
