Mo Lutz
Mo joined Enhancing Capital as a summer intern in 2021 and has worked full-time as a Research Analyst since 2022, applying his finance background from Messiah University and progressing through the CFA program while balancing investment research, firm operations, and an active life in Lititz.
Mo started at Enhancing Capital in 2021 as a summer intern and has been with the firm full-time as a Research Analyst since 2022. Mo holds a B.S. in Finance from Messiah University with minors in Economics and Philosophy.
Mo has passed the CFA Level II exam and is a Level III candidate.
At Enhancing, Mo enjoys analyzing new investments, monitoring current and prospective holdings, and discussing (or debating) ideas with the research team. Like the rest of the firm, Mo shares responsibility in various operational tasks ranging from account administration to client service.
If he’s not studying, Mo is usually running on trails near his home in Lititz, spending time with friends and family, discovering a hobby, or learning something new.
